Returns & Refunds
Because all items are custom made to order, we do not accept returns or refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, design approval errors, or change of mind once an order has entered production.
We offer a 7-day return request window from the date of delivery only for non-custom, unused items (if applicable). To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, in original condition, and in original packaging with proof of purchase.
To request a return, please contact us at info@carapellaandco.com within 7 days of delivery. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a verified defect or fulfillment error. Approved returns must be shipped to:

Damages, Defects & Order Errors
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with timestamped photos showing the issue.
Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery, or items that have been worn, washed, or altered, are not eligible for replacement or refund.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If a return is approved (when applicable), the original item must be returned and a new order placed separately.
Refunds
If a return is approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds or replacements will not be issued for:
• Items marked as delivered by the carrier but not received
• Incorrect sizing or fit
• Customer-provided artwork or design approvals
• Orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly at checkout
• Normal wear and tear
