📌 Important Print & File Guidelines – Please Read Before Ordering

To ensure the best results with your DTF transfers, please carefully review the following guidelines:

🎨 Color Disclaimer

Please note that colors displayed on your screen (desktop, tablet, or mobile) are not always an accurate reflection of how your artwork will print. Screens display color in RGB, while our DTF transfers are printed using CMYK color mode. While many colors will appear similar, exact color matching cannot be guaranteed due to these differences.

We use only the highest quality inks, film, and TPU powder to deliver bright whites, vivid colors, and outstanding clarity—regardless of fabric type, material, garment color, or stretch.

Our process ensures:

• Excellent durability and stretchability
• Long-lasting prints that withstand repeated washing
• Transfers that perform well on a wide range of garment types

Every order is carefully reviewed by a professional designer to ensure files are optimized for the best possible print. Each transfer is produced with the utmost care and attention to detail.

📁 File Requirements & Print-Ready Expectations

• All artwork must be print-ready at the time of submission.
  We do not offer services to resize, color correct, or alter your designs in any way. Files will be printed exactly as provided.
  ⚠️Artwork Guidelines for DTF Printing
  Please carefully review the following artwork requirements to ensure the best possible print quality:
• Do not include shadows, glows, or translucent effects in your design. These effects—especially those created in platforms like Canva—are often not compatible with DTF printing and may not render as expected.
• Avoid excessive transparency or subtle color variations that may not translate well during the printing process.
• Designs will be printed exactly as submitted. We do not alter files once uploaded.
• Do not submit mirrored images
• Our software automatically handles mirroring for transfer printing.
• Files should be high resolution (minimum 300 DPI).
• Enlarging small images reduces DPI and can result in poor-quality prints. For best results, upload large, high-quality images.
• Your design will be printed on a roll and will not be cut individually. You will need to trim your transfers after delivery.

Any necessary reprints due to these issues will be at the customer’s expense.

⚠️ Customer Responsibility & Order Policy

• You are fully responsible for the quality, size, and accuracy of your submitted artwork.
• No refunds will be issued for low-resolution images, improper formatting, or design issues.
• If your image does not meet our file standards, your order will be canceled and a store credit issued, allowing you to resubmit with corrected artwork.
• Please review all files and order details carefully before checkout.

🚫 Copyright Notice

We do not accept any designs that infringe on copyright or trademark protections. This includes—but is not limited to—Disney, professional or college sports logos, or any other licensed content. If you are unsure about the legality of a design, please contact us before placing your order.

Carapella & Co. Customs reserves the right to deny any design submission due to:

• Copyright or trademark concerns
• Low image quality
• Incorrect file formatting or sizing

⏱️ Turnaround Time

Production time is typically 1–2 business days from the date of your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. We work hard to process your designs quickly while maintaining top quality.
