Order Processing
All orders are made to order and personally inspected prior to shipment. Processing times are typically 7-10 business days from the time of order. Processing times may vary based on order volume, order size, material availability, weather, or other factors outside of our control.

In the event of a significant delay, we will proactively reach out to communicate updated timelines. Our goal is to deliver high-quality products, and we appreciate your understanding in these rare situations.

Shipping & Delivery Responsibility
Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier to the address provided at checkout, delivery responsibility transfers to the carrier. Carapella & Co. Customs is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or misdelivered after delivery confirmation. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information and ensuring a secure delivery location.

If a package is marked as delivered but not received, customers are encouraged to contact the carrier directly to initiate an investigation. We are happy to assist by providing tracking details or supporting documentation when available.

Address Accuracy
Carapella & Co. Customs is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly entered or incomplete addresses. Orders returned due to address errors may be subject to reshipping fees or order cancellation at our discretion.
